Vacation Rental Description

Grand Caribbean is located in the heart of Orange Beach ready for your next vacation! This four story complex faces the Gulf of Mexico with the backside on Cotton Bayou. Directly across the street is beach access to enjoy the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your own private balcony looking out over the pool. Take advantage of this complex's wonderful amenities including an outdoor pool, charcoal grills with picnic tables, and onsite fitness studio.

The Space:
Living Area:
Welcome to this light and airy 1 bedroom condo with loft. This functional condo has water views coming through the comfortable living space. The open concept living space has a large flat screen TV. Step outside on the private balcony to enjoy sunset views with the sugar sands right across the street. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to use during your vacation. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Located in the hallway is a twin-size bunk bed, the perfect place for the kiddos. Additionally there is a half bathroom on the main floor. Up the stairs you will find the loft featuring a queen-size bed.

Guest Access:
Parking passes are $30/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. You will pre-purchase your parking passes. Your passes will be on the counter upon arrival. Please COMPLETELY fill out your pass and place visibly on your dashboard. Guest have 4 hours to place the parking pass visibly on dashboard or mirror. You must be at least 25 to rent at The Grand Caribbean. No parking of RV's, oversized vehicles, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.

NOTE - Boats are allowed for renters ONLY AFTER Labor Day until BEFORE Memorial day. It is $20/day, $100/week and $300/month. These must be pre-purchased through the HOA; renter must complete registration process which will require the boat to be insured & insurance on file prior to bringing it to the property. No boats longer than 30 feet from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor. Trucks must detach from the trailer as required on the signage onsite.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
The Grand Caribbean is located in the middle of Orange Beach. Access to the State Park Beach is directly across the street with a boardwalk to the beach! You are located minutes away from numerous restaurants such as Wolf Bay Restaurant, The Gulf, Cotton's, Cactus Cantina, Ruby Slipper, Moe's Original BBQ and much more. Catch a concert at the Wharf Amphitheater about 5 miles away. Go experience the world famous Flora-Bama only 4 miles away.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and immediately get into the left lane to turn at the following light. Take a left at the light to wrap around towards Grand Caribbean, you will take the first right into the parking area just past the pool. This unit is on the fourth floor.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 to rent.

Parking pass is required. Pre-purchase parking passes for $30 each with a limit of 2 vehicles.

No pets allowed; all service animals are to be registered prior to arrival.

Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm.

Quite time is from 10pm to 9am.

All parties who come to this property are under surveillance so please be sure to abide by the rules & signs on the property so that you can enjoy your vacation & trip to the beach.
