This secure condominium features an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise facility. Grill out after a day on the beach at the community grilling area with picnic area

The Space:
Living Area:
This peaceful unit is located on the fourth floor with spectacular views streaming into the living space. Get ready to relax on your vacation in the comfortable living space that features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Walk out onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves below. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a homecooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The delightful bedroom features a queen-size bed and connects to the bathroom which has a shower/tub combo. In the hallway you have the perfect place for the kiddos with a built-in twin-size bunkbed.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Tidewater! The complex DOES require parking passes they are $40/parking pass with a limit of two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. We hope you enjoy your stay at Tidewater in Orange Beach!

The Neighborhood:
Tidewater is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Walk across the street to Sweet Cone or City Donuts. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar & Grill, a short 5 minute drive.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and Tidewater will be on your right in 1 mile. Pull into the complex and enter the gate code provided. Unit #404 is located on the fourth floor.

Other Things to Note:
THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE ELEVATOR AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING AUGUST - SEPTEMBER MONTHS AS THEY DO REPAIRS ON THE OTHER ONE
No parking of trailers, watercraft or RV's onsite.
You must be at least 25 to rent at Tidewater.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
Max of two vehicles allowed
