Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Seaside Beach & Racquet Club on the beautiful sands of Orange Beach! Seaside has two outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, grilling & picnic area, sauna/steam room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and is a gated community with a guard. Take advantage of the your private balcony over looking the beach and pool.

The Space:
Living Area:
Light flowing into this cozy space from your private balcony. Listen to the waves rolling in on the balcony of the white sands of Orange Beach. The living space features a sleeper sofa and oversized chair with twin-size sleeper. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a local seafood dish.
Bed and Bath:
The tranquil bedroom features a queen-size bed and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach & Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 1 vehicle. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. You can walk to area restaurants and entertainment nearby such as Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island and Live Bait.

Other Things to Note:
**Construction/concrete repair on corridors will be ongoing from March until May**
Must be 25 to rent at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club.
Parking pass is required. Parking passes for $50 each with a limit of 1 vehicle.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
