Colony Club has many amenities to offer including a clubhouse with a beautiful pool and hot tub. Take advantage of the gorgeous sprawling greens with a BBQ grilling area, fitness center, and lighted tennis court.

Living Area:
Open concept living space with a comfortable atmosphere to relax at the end of the day with indoor fireplace. The living room features a flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the covered private patio. The unit conveniently has a washer and dryer.
Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. The en-suite main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
The complex allows two cars per unit. You must park in front of Building M.

The Neighborhood:
Colony Club at Drake's Landing is located right next to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. A quick drive over to Gulf Shores Sportsplex conveniently located 2 miles away. The white sand public beaches are only 4 miles away from this complex. This complex is located on Highway 59 with unlimited options of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment to choose from.

Getting Around:
Colony Club is right off of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores, across the street from Traditions. Pull up to the security gate and use code provided.

Other Things to Note:
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
Must be 25 to rent.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
