Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Las Palmas in Gulf Shores, across the street from the white sand beach, ready for you to dip your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. The perfect place for your next family vacation with two community outdoor pools and BBQ grills with picnic area to enjoy. Las Palmas is close to downtown Gulf Shores which has restaurants and area attractions with plenty of play and food around. Take advantage of the white sugar sands that Gulf Shores has to offer!

The Space:
Living Area:
A cozy open concept living space and kitchen to enjoy with your family. Relax in the living area after a day on the beach with a flat screen TV and plush couch. Light flows in from the private balcony right off the living space. Sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee with the spectacular view of Little Lagoon on the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a homecooked meal. Dining table comfortably seats four.
Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a queen-size bed with en-suite main bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a bunkbed with twin-size bed over double and two additional twin-size beds. Second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Las Palmas! The complex allows TWO cars per unit. Unit 207 is located on the right-side of the building in the middle of the complex. Your unit is on the second floor. Please park in the designated parking spot for Unit 207.

There is a shared laundry room onsite at Las Palmas.

The Neighborhood:
Las Palmas is located only one mile away from downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1 mile and Las Palmas will be on your right.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
