This low density complex has a community outdoor pool and grilling area for you and the family to enjoy on your next vacation. Take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico with beach access just steps away. Can't beat this great location with area attractions and restaurants minutes away and with walking distance to local favorites!

The Space:
Living Area:
Walk in to this cozy living space with sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Access the private balcony through the living space with light flowing in. Drink your morning coffee while listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The open concept living space has a dining table that comfortably seats four with additional seating for three at kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The delightful main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV, with access to the private balcony. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Sundial! Parking is underneath the unit with a limit of ONE car. The complex DOES require a parking pass. The complex charges $25/parking pass. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream across the street. Just down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1.7 miles and Sundial will be on your left.

No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
