Come enjoy the many amenities this condo has to offer with pools, hot tub, boat ramp, private heavy duty boatlift (fits up to a 36' boat), fish cleaning stations, and BBQ grills.
The Space:
Walk into this extremely spacious condo with beautiful bay views. The large well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything needed to whip up a local seafood creation. The open concept living space has comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa and wall to ceiling windows streaming in the natural light. Just off the living space is your generous sized balcony for you to enjoy your cup of coffee in the mornings. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway for your convenience. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV and access to the private balcony. The main bathroom is connected with a large soaking tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with balcony access. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Guest Access:
This is a gated community, pull up and enter gate code. This unit is around the building and in the back on the far left side as your drive-in. The condo is on the second floor. Use the code provided for access.
*The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $20/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.
Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
**You must be at least 25 to rent at Navy Harbor Cove.
The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from the beach, you will have no trouble getting your fill of sandy toes! Navy Harbor Cove is only two-and-a-half miles from the Fort Morgan Grounds. You will also be within 2.5 miles of a delicious local restaurants such as Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill and Tacky Jacks. Take the day to explore Gulf Shores or head 18 miles east to Hwy 59 where you can find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities for everyone in the group!
Getting Around:
Take I-59 until you see the turn for Fort Morgan Road. This is the light right past Rouses after you come over the bridge by Lulu’s. Turn right. Go down Fort Morgan Road for 18 miles. Navy Harbor Cove will be on your right, it is the second light green complex. Pull up to the gate and type in gate code. Unit 2114 is in the back on the furthest left hand side.
Other Things to Note:
Boat Slip 47, it is a 40 foot boat slip with lift. Boat Slip 47 is right by the unit to the left. There is a manual with instructions on how to use the lift in the condo. It has electric shore power and fish cleaning station near by.
