Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Harbour Place directly on the white sands of Orange Beach! Enjoy the swim thru pool to have both a heated indoor pool with hot tub and additionally an outdoor pool on the hot summer days. Take advantage of the community grilling area and shaded patio after a day on the beach. This smaller complex is only five stories making it one of the less crowded condominiums in the area with covered and uncovered parking.

The Space:
Living Area:
An open concept living space with light flowing in from the balcony. Step into the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The dining table comfortably seats four with an additional three at kitchen counter. The delightful living space features a sleeper sofa with flat screen TV. Out on to the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee with a dining table and four high top Adirondack chairs with two additional chairs. This unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
Main bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite main bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen-size bed. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

- For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Harbour Place complex is located on the beach and across the street from Gulf State Park. Cross the street and you are on Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail for a morning walk amongst the coastal terrain. If shopping or grabbing some fresh seafood is on the agenda, Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market and Ron Jon Surf Shop are both within walking distance. Gulf State Park Pier is two-and-a-half miles to your west or the main drag of Orange Beach is three miles to your east to find additional restaurants, shopping, etc.

Getting Around:
Harbour Place is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard. If coming from the beach express, turn left onto Canal Road, turn right onto AL-161, turn right on Perdido Beach Boulevard and Harbour Place is a little less than 3 miles on your left. If coming from Hwy 59, you may go to the beach road and take a left with Harbour Place ultimately on your right. You may cut through the the state park from Hwy 59 after turning onto the beach road, Harbour Place will be less than a mile on your right.

Must be 25 to rent
Parking pass is required. Limit of two parking passes.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft onsite.
