Being only 8/10 miles to busy Long Sands beach, this retreat will take you away and lull you to serenity each day. Character abounds here, with Central A/C and ceiling fans.
A one-car garage has been renovated this Spring into a game room with a pool table, being another great space separate from the house. Small deck, screened and eat-in porch, kitchen with a double sink, and a bright and comfortable living area.
A beautiful, somewhat fenced-in, lovely yard with a fire pit and a corn hole toss game, bench swing and plenty of space, nature, and beauty...memories are just waiting to be made!!
