ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Stairs from driveway up to Entry Level
Outside stairs from main level to lower level of house. No interior stairs.

- Kitchen - Large, well appointed, bright & spacious with everything you need to make great meals! Room for all the Chefs in your group!

- Living room - Large with comfy furnishings, wood burning fireplace, large Smart TV with Blu-Ray player and Xfinity cable service. Portable Air Conditioner

- Dining room - Has a beautiful large dining table for 8 - Great for meals and Game Nights w/ a Door leading to Upper deck w/a new Fire Table and chairs and stairs down to the large, enclosed backyard!

- 1st Bathroom - Shower only & Laundry area - Washer/dryer

UPSTAIRS: Up 1/2 flight of Stairs from living room.
- Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom - Comfy King Bed - Portable Air Conditioner
- Bedroom 2- Comfy Queen Bed with Portable Air Conditioner
- 2nd Full Bathroom w/ Shower and Tub

LOWER LEVEL:
The downstairs level is not connected to the upstairs level via an interior stairway. Accessible from outside of house - backyard or through garage. Lower Level has Game room, kitchenette, bedroom and another bathroom

GAME ROOM
Spacious room w/Ping Pong Table, pub table and other seating. Kitchenette w/sink, small fridge, microwave, Large popcorn maker & milkshake maker. Flatscreen with Comcast cable

- 3rd Bedroom - One very large room off of the game room with 2 comfy Queen beds & 1 Twin bed

- 3rd Bathroom - w/ Shower only

- Dart board game is located in the garage

- 8 people max Day or Night and 3 cars max. Parking can be a bit crowded on
the street. There is one spot avail in the driveway and another - - Can park
right in front of the driveway.
- Quiet Hours are from 9:30PM to 9AM.
