Happy Days is a fabulously fun home located in the hub of downtown Guerneville. It's spacious & comfortable w/ great amenities like a game room & large, enclosed backyard. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the area! It is a stroll away from the river, restaurants, shops, bars & art galleries! Park your car and walk to everything!

- Kitchen -Large, well appointed, bright & spacious w/ everything you need to make great meals! Room for all the Chefs in your group!
- Living room -Large w/ comfy furnishings, wood burning fireplace, large Smart TV w/ Blu-Ray player & Xfinity cable.. Portable Air Conditioner
- Dining room - Has a beautiful large dining table for 8 - Great for meals & Game Nights w/ a door leading to upper deck w/a new Fire Table & chairs & stairs down to the large, enclosed backyard!
- 1st Bathroom - Shower only & Laundry area - Washer/dryer

UPSTAIRS: Up 1/2 flight of Stairs from living room.

Accessible from backyard or through garage. Lower Level has Game room, kitchenette, large bedroom with multiple beds and another bathroom w/shower

Spacious room w/Ping Pong Table, pub table and other seating. Kitchenette w/sink, small fridge, microwave, large popcorn maker & milkshake maker. Flatscreen w/ Comcast cable
-3rd Bedroom - One very large room off of the game room with 2 comfy Queen beds & 1 Twin bed
-3rd Bathroom - w/ Shower only
-Dart board game is located in the garage

-Parking can be a bit crowded on the street. There is one spot avail in the driveway & another can park right in front of the driveway
-Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 9AM
-NO PARTIES/Gatherings/NO Drop in guests
