ENTRY LEVEL - Up a flight of stairs from Driveway.
Kitchen – Large and well-appointed with everything you need for memorable meals. Granite counters, plenty of storage, and a breakfast bar make cooking and casual dining easy.
Living Room – Cozy with a sofa sleeper, sliding doors to the back deck overlooking the huge backyard and river, a new gas fireplace, large flat-screen Smart TV, and a mini bar with sink.
Dining Room – Open to the kitchen, with a large table for 8—perfect for meals and game nights! Sliding doors lead to expansive decks with river and yard views.

Bedroom 1 – Primary – Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and Private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Kids’ Room – Bunk beds with trundle and twin daybed; sleeps 4.

- Outside Quiet hours 9PM to 9AM. (Including hot tub & inside game room) We want to be Great neighbors
- PET POLICY -$120 Dog Fee per Dog - Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated. Please clean-up after pup. Yard is NOT enclosed
