The Lily Pad is a dog-friendly 3-bedroom Guerneville retreat for 8 with direct Russian River access, a private seasonal dock and kayaks, hot tub, game room, and two river-view decks. Launch a kayak from home, walk downtown, or simply relax by the water, then end the day with ping pong, BBQ, and a soak. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and dining for eight. River views and easy access to outdoor dining make it just as tempting to stay home for dinner, fire up the gas BBQ, and enjoy the waterfront setting.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide added convenience for up to eight guests, including a private ensuite in the primary suite and a tub/shower combination.
A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Game Room
Keep the fun going off the river in the dedicated game room with a ping pong table and dartboard. An extra refrigerator, full bathroom, and direct outdoor access make this a convenient bonus space for groups spending their days between the yard, river, and hot tub.
Outdoor Living
This is where The Lily Pad really shines. Step outside to two river-view decks, a large yard, private hot tub, gas fire table, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining, and gas BBQ—all overlooking your Russian River setting.
When seasonal conditions allow, head down to the private dock, grab a kayak, and launch directly from the property for a day on the water.
Please note: Dock access and kayaks are seasonal and depend on annual river conditions and dam installation schedules.
DOG-FRIENDLY
Dogs are welcome for a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
