Vacation Rental Description

Stay in style in the Hoboken neighborhood where Frank Sinatra grew up and made his singing debut at a church supper! This sunny 1,300-square-foot (120 square meters) space has an upscale kitchen and private garden where you can barbecue during the warmer months. Step out to a friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops and Light Rail service to PATH trains that will have you in NY in minutes. Harmony Apartments' guest services manager will greet you at the door and be on call throughout your stay.

House Rules

Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in.

Early check-in and late-checkout are available upon request, based on availability. Once arranged, a $40 late arrival fee will be requested via the Airbnb money request option.

Noise Policy: Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Anyone who violates this policy may be charged up to $400 USD. Repeated violations may lead to removal from the premises.

Pets: There is a $25 per day pet fee. Please consult with host in advance. Approval from management is required and is based on the breed and size of pet. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. If pet fur or stains are discovered, additional cleaning charges may apply. Pets may not be left alone within the accommodation. If there is repeated disturbance/complaints from neighbors/building staff, we may ask you to remove your pet from the premises.

Smoking Policy:
All properties are 100% non-smoking. A fee of up to $400 USD will be assessed for smoking inside or on the rooftop and terraces.

All guests must be announced.

Please remove your shoes while you are inside the apartment. Remember, this is a home. Enjoy all of the amenities of the apartment, but please don't do anything you or your guests wouldn't want the person before you to have done.

There is no elevator, so the building is not handicap-accessible. Be prepared to climb stairs as the apartment is up 4 stories to the top floor. Ask about our porter service for help with your luggage at check-in.

Cleaning
Please note that a standard $135 Cleaning Fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 (Interim) Cleaning Fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays.

Parking
We can arrange for indoor parking with unlimited in out access at our sister property half a block away. Spaces are quite limited and booked first come first serve. The rate is $35 per day and payment is required to confirm your space.
