Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, directly on the beach, in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, plus washer and dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided.
This light and airy unit has an open floor plan with a screened lanai facing the beach, and unobstructed views from the living room, dining area and kitchen. Quiet bedrooms are set apart in a split floor plan, giving ultimate privacy. There is a king bed in the newly furnished master en suite, and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The condo is wheelchair accessible, with a walk-in shower.
