Vacation Rental Description

Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse, direclty on the beach. Full view of the water, walk out to the sand. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided.
Our condo’s open floor plan is comfortably appointed to reflect the sand and sea view from the spacious living/dining area and kitchen, with a screened beachfront lanai and convenient first-floor bathroom with shower. The second floor features the main bedroom with king bed and a balcony perfect for sunsets or dolphin watching, and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs.
There is no elevator.
Tile floor throughout the unit.
There are chaise lounges on the beach for guests.
