THINGS TO KNOW:
- PLEASE READ! The seasonal dam at Vacation Beach on the Russian River will NOT be installed this year, as determined by Sonoma County and State officials. ***As a result, a smaller dock is avail for your use, but no use of Kayaks. Dock taken out Mid Sept.
- Friendly Reminder: 8 people Max day or night - No exceptions
- 3 Cars Max day or night
- No smoking of anything in the house
- NO Parties/Large gatherings
- Quiet Hours: 9PM to 9AM observed by all guests
- PET POLICY - Dogs only/$120 Dog Fee per Dog- Yard not fenced. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
