Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests per day or night. No exceptions. No drop-in guests. This is a quiet area with HOA and security—please respect neighbors.
Parking: Driveway accommodates 2 medium-sized vehicles.
Noise & Parties: No parties or events. Quiet hours on decks are 9 PM – 9 AM in accordance with Sonoma County vacation home ordinances.
Pets: $120 per dog. Dogs must be crated if left unattended and owners are responsible for cleanup.
Smoking: No smoking of any kind on the property.
