Prominence on 30A is one of the most popular communities along Scenic Highway 30A, offering incredible amenities, open green spaces, and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Perfectly located near 30A favorites and the area’s sugar-white beaches, Prominence features a charming town center and two resort-style pools.
At the heart of it all, The Big Chill is a lively gathering place featuring an outdoor 25-foot LED theater screen for concerts, movie nights, and sporting events, as well as boutique shops, family-friendly activities, and excellent dining options.

Beach access for all Prominence homes is available through South Walton public beach access points. Most guests use Deer Lake State Park or other nearby public accesses along 30A. Please note that Prominence homes do not have direct beach access through Watersound Club and do not include access to Watersound private club facilities.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome well-behaved dogs under 40 lbs (maximum of 2, with approval). Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Undisclosed pets are grounds for eviction and additional cleaning fees of up to $500. Dogs only.

• Complimentary use of the owner’s bikes, beach gear, games, and pet items is included; however, should any item be broken, lost, or similar, there will be no refund or compensation.
• The community’s pool heating schedule is determined by the HOA and is subject to change at any time. Panhandle Getaways is not responsible for any changes to pool heating or availability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A starter pack of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided for your arrival. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Bed linens and bath towels are included; please bring beach towels for pool and beach use.
