Access
Guests are welcome to use all the facilities in the residence. There is a gym open for all renters, three pools, one of them right beside the apartment, and one on the beach, overlooking the ocean. Guests are allowed to use beach chairs. From the beach, you have access to a beach bar.
The residence is secure with guards on premises 24/7. We also provide one parking spot for your vehicle free of charge.

HOUSE RULES

Check-out: 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance with the property administration
1. If you have any questions or doubts upon arriving at the property, please make sure to ask my assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
2. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a particular trash bin nearby.
3. Air conditioners (ACs) should be used only with closed doors and windows. Using them with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure.
4. Maintenance and repair personnel can provide any repair services from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.
5. It is forbidden to make noise, have parties (without permission) and play loud music. From 10:00 pm to 9:00 am there is a quiet hour in the residence.
6. If you want to order cleaning, please let us know 12 hours in advance. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. Maids work from 9:00 am to 5 pm.
7. Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.
8. No extra overnight guests. Please stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
9. Storing or using any illegal substances or drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
10. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged.
11. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Smoking weed and other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the residence's territory. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
12. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control.
13. Bed linen and towels are changed at the guests' request every 4 days free of charge. Notifying us 12 hours in advance. If you need additional linen and towel changes on other days, a fee of US $ 35 per towel set/linens set will be charged.
14. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.
15. Please be aware that during international holidays (such as New Year, Semana Santa, Christmas, and other national celebrations), loud music may be played, sometimes extending late into the night or early morning hours. As long as it complies with local laws, we cannot prohibit it, and we thank you for your understanding.
16. You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
17. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).

Neighborhood
The property is located in one of the quietest and most secure locations on Bavaro beach. The apartment is just a few steps away from the beach, with an easy access to a beach bar and several excellent restaurants around, one of them being the famous Jellyfish. Although it is located in a very touristic area there are a lot of places that offer unique Dominican flavor – small cafes with traditional Dominican breakfast, or bars with an excellent choice of local beverages. There are also small shops and fruit stands to get whatever you need. Just ask our managers!
There are many taxi services in the district. You can also ask us to order transportation or rent a car for you. We are happy to organize any activities for you on your request. Please, mind that all additional services are paid extra.

Fully equipped and designed with an up-to-date touch, it offers space for five people who enjoy its comfort and clever design. Get together in the living room around the dining table or enjoy your company sitting on the sofa, watching movies on the flat-screen TV with access to streaming platforms and channels. People who enjoy cooking will find everything needed to prepare fresh home-made food in our kitchen, with the dishwasher making the cleaning easier afterwards. There are three bedrooms at your disposal. The master bedroom has French windows, a full private bathroom, cable TV, and a king-size bed to have the sweetest dreams in the tropical paradise. The third bedroom is a small but cozy place, there is also a private bathroom and a single bed – ideal for one person! Please note that there is no AC in the small bedroom.
