This unit is perfect for two people, but we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third!

The fully accessorized kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare and cook your favorite meals.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
