Welcome to this lovely villa in the calm Watersong community. Watersong welcomes you with security gates, a spacious Clubhouse, a community pool, well-kept grounds, and a peaceful conservation area surrounded by woods.

This villa is made to make your stay fantastic. The living room has comfy seats, a big flat-screen TV, and an Xbox for gaming. You'll enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and conservation area.

The kitchen is big, has stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked. There's a formal dining area, a cozy breakfast corner, and barstools for casual dining. With four bedrooms, the villa can comfortably fit your group.

The first master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, separate toilet, and double vanity. The second master bedroom also has a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa bed, with a bathroom nearby. You can also access the pool deck from this bedroom. The fourth bedroom is great for the younger ones, with two twin beds and a bathroom.

All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs for entertainment. Outside, find a large pool with a spa, reaching 7 feet deep. The pool area has a covered lanai with comfy seating to enjoy the view. The villa includes a spacious tiled games room with ping pong, foosball, and a pool table for hours of fun.

The whole house is yours to use, except the owner's closet. We're available in person or by phone if you need help. Pool and spa heat aren't included but can be added for $50 per day due to the large pool.

The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
-Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

-We're local and available by phone or in person should you need any assistance

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
-No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
-No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
-No Guns
-No Parties or Events
-Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
-Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
-Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
-Please tie trash bags before putting them in the bin.
