The villa is located in a new, safe gated community of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our guests will have exclusive access to all the amenities of this cozy and modern villa with a private pool-jacuzzi:

HOUSE RULES
Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance with the property administration
1. If you have any questions or doubts upon arriving at the property, please make sure to ask my assistant or me during check-in. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
2. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a particular trash bin nearby.
3. Air conditioners (ACs) should be used only with closed doors and windows. Using them with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure.
4. Maintenance and repair personnel can provide any repair services from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.
5. It is forbidden to make noise, have parties (without permission) and play loud music. From 10:00 pm to 9:00 am there is a quiet hour in the residence.
6. If you want to order cleaning, please let us know 12 hours in advance. Cleaning is available for an additional fee. Maids work from 9:00 am to 5 pm.
7. Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.
8. No extra overnight guests. Please stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
9. Storing or using any illegal substances or drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
10. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged.
11. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Smoking weed and other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the residence's territory. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
12. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control.
13. Bed linen and towels are changed at the guests' request every 4 days free of charge. Notifying us 12 hours in advance. If you need additional linen and towel changes on other days, a fee of US $ 35 per towel set/linens set will be charged.
14. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.
15. Please be aware that during international holidays (such as New Year, Semana Santa, Christmas, and other national celebrations), loud music may be played, sometimes extending late into the night or early morning hours. As long as it complies with local laws, we cannot prohibit it, and we thank you for your understanding.
16. You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
17. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).

You will be staying in a new, quiet, and very safe residential area, where everything you need for a comfortable vacation is nearby.
Your villa is located only 13 minutes' drive from the beach and 5 minutes' drive from supermarkets. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby where you can have a great time.
There are many taxi services in the district. You can also ask us to order transportation or rent a car for you. We are happy to organize any activities for you on your request. Please, mind that all additional services are paid extra.

Welcome to this cozy and modern 4-bedroom villa in a small, quiet residential area in Punta Cana. It has all the services you need for a fantastic family vacation or a stay with a group of friends.
As you enter this two-story villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area featuring a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a high-top bar with stools, and a well-equipped kitchen.
Cooking in the kitchen will be an absolute pleasure for you, as you'll find everything you need, including a gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, food processor, and all necessary cooking basics. Or you can take a break from cooking and order the extra service of a personal chef who will take care of everything for you.
You can step out onto the patio with a BBQ area from the living room, where you can spend a wonderful and fun time with your friends or family.
You will also find one of the master bedrooms on the first floor. It features a comfortable king-size bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet at your disposal.
You will also find a guest toilet and a laundry room on the first floor. An ironing board with an iron is also at guests' disposal. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning for your comfortable stay.
As you ascend to the second floor, you will notice a small seating area, as well as a desk and chair, allowing you to both relax and work if necessary. And there is also access to a balcony with an area where you can sit and enjoy the views of the residence.
On the second floor, you will find the second master bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. You can step out onto the balcony from this bedroom, which overlooks the pool.
Here you will also find two other bedrooms, one of which has 2 queen-size beds, and the other has 2 full-size beds. You will find closets for your clothes and a TV in each of them so that you can relax here comfortably. Between these bedrooms, there is a shared bathroom that also includes a shower, bidet, and toilet.
On the property, you will also find your private small pool-jacuzzi, making your stay at the villa even more enjoyable. And you will have access to 2 community shared pools. Be sure, you won't get bored here!
