The Space:
This apartment boasts a modern and sophisticated style, with added touches to make your stay more comfortable. The unit features a 50" flat-screen TV, luxurious linens and plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave-oven, toaster and coffee maker, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The apartment also comes with a hair dryer, an iron/ironing board and free WiFi. The bed is a super comfortable queen size bed with a Memory CoolGel Foam Mattress for a quality sleep. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and has a large closet in the bedroom, two super strong air conditioners, central heating, and 50-inch flatscreen TV. Everything is brand new and has been thought out in full detail to ensure an enjoyable stay. You will have everything you need to feel at home away from home. The location is in the Gramercy Park area of New York City on East 26th St and is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the city.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

The location is very centrally located and just a few minute walk away from some of NYC's key locations such as Union Square, Madison Square Park, and NYU. The area is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy for you to find a place to eat or grab a drink. 24/7 Deli's, grocery store, and supermarket are also nearby, making it easy for you to get your necessities. The apartment also is well served by public transportation, so all other major NYC attractions are just a short walk, cab or subway ride away. You are sure to fall in love with this neighborhood and all it has to offer.
Getting Around:
The area around East 26th St Murry Hill New York City is well-served by public transportation. The closest subway station is the 23rd St Station, which is located on the N/R/W, 4/5/6, and L lines. This provides easy access to many other parts of the city. Additionally, several bus routes run through the area, providing additional options for getting around. The location is also walkable to many places in midtown and downtown Manhattan.
