A registration must be processed with the condominium of the residence to register all the tenants. We will require all the IDs of the guests and a short-term rental agreement will be required to be signed to enter the unit.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that all required documents and the rental agreement must be completed at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Otherwise, you may not have access to the building's amenities for several days.
If you wish to activate them sooner, a fee of $100 will apply.

Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

We do not provide washcloths.

Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
