The apartment is fully furnished, with a charming and spacious kitchen featuring a dining area. The building is impeccably maintained, providing a clean and secure walk-up environment. Additionally, a parking garage is conveniently located across the street.

The Space:
Within this two-bedroom apartment, visitors will be welcomed by elegant hardwood flooring that spans the entire space. Each bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed ensuring restful nights. The modern kitchen comes equipped with a convenient dishwasher among other amenities. The spacious living area features a full-size sofa, perfect for accommodating an additional guest. If further sleeping arrangements are needed, an air mattress is readily available upon request. Guests can unwind in the generously sized living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all essential linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
