The 3rd floor has a master king bed with an en suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin loft bed, the other guest room has a full-over-double bunk bed. The kids will love the custom designed bunk beds. This home sleeps 13 comfortably. The gourmet kitchen is every chef’s dream stocked with everything needed to make a delicious meal. Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges of up to $500. This is strictly enforced. DOGS ONLY - Maximum of 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
