Villa Camille is located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a canal. As soon as you enter the house, you will be impressed by the spacious atmosphere. Enter and feel at home is the motto here. The very bright furnishings, mostly in white with dark accentuated individual pieces and decorations, impress with their clear lines. If you need to work while on vacation - no problem - the very modern office with WLAN connection makes it possible.

Living area:
The open living area is combined with the typical American open kitchen and dining area. In addition to flat-screen TVs, radio/CD and stereo equipment (also for the pool area), you will find an IPod station for docking your own music applications. Internet access is conveniently available via WLAN reception throughout the house and terrace area. 

Kitchen and dining room:
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with Stainless Steel electrical appliances. The kitchen counter has space for 3 people.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast area for 4 people with a view of the terrace. The villa also has a dining room with seating for 6 people.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
The focal point of the master suite, which is decorated entirely in dark brown and white, is the extraordinary round upholstered bed. The suite has direct access to the pool. In the beautifully designed master bathroom, the first thing that catches the eye is the bathtub set in light marble in the middle of the room, with a large walk-in shower behind it. There are individual sinks for him and her on either side of the room.

The two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub-shower combination, sink and toilet. 

Utility room:
Here you will find a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board

Terrace and pool:
Surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, enjoy the sunny days in a peaceful atmosphere and the legendary Florida sunsets in the evening. Enjoy the Florida sun on the south-facing terrace with an electrically heated pool, or relax on the shady veranda. A dining table with 6 chairs, deck chairs and a BBQ grill are also available.

Boat lift / dock:
The boat, which can be rented separately from the house at a special price, is waiting for you on the lift. From here you can set off on exciting boat trips accompanied by pelicans, dolphins and with a bit of luck, you might also see a rare manatee (manatee). Visit one of the many waterfront restaurants and take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico from the boat. 

***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
