There is a large fenced backyard with a covered screened patio for lounging or entertaining, a grill, and a firepit to gather around for smores. There is even space for your boat trailer. The boat ramp is a straight shot from the cottage, only 5 blocks away! There are also 2 RV plugs, if you need to bring your RV for extra sleeping space. Located minutes away from Rockport Beach, the Heritage District, and the Maritime Museum and walking distance to all the Fulton Restaurants and Bars.
