- Parking: Accommodates up to 3 cars- 1 in the gravel area in front of the fence, 1 next to the fence, 1 in front of the garage
- Pet Policy: $100 Dog Fee per Dog- Yard is fully enclosed (Dogs may not be left at the home unattended unless quietly crated)
- Quiet Outside Hours 9PM- 9AM, County Ordinance
- NO Smoking of any substances in the home - exterior smoking is restricted to paved areas
