Step inside and feel right at home with not one, but two spacious living areas, both furnished with plush seating. The main living room features a 65" flat-screen TV and a premium Bose Bluetooth sound system — perfect for movie nights or relaxing with your favorite playlist.
The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals and gather with loved ones.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Suite 1: A serene escape with a luxurious king bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and private access to the pool deck.
Primary Suite 2: Another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 3: A cozy queen bed in a calm and inviting setting.
Bedroom 4: A Disney-themed delight with two charming twin beds, plus a Mickey Mouse-inspired bathroom next door — complete with a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and a step stool for the little ones.
Each bedroom includes a large flat-screen TV with access to streaming favorites like Hulu and Disney+.
🌴 Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to your private southwest-facing pool deck with gorgeous conservation views. Enjoy the sun on the extra-deep patio or unwind in the shaded lanai with plenty of seating for dining and lounging. Optional pool heating is available for an additional daily fee.
🎮 Game Room Fun
Enjoy endless entertainment in the fully loaded game room featuring three arcade machines, a pool table, air hockey, and foosball — fun for all ages!

As a guest of Villa Aiyana, you’ll have access to all of Solterra Resort’s incredible amenities:
-Expansive 6,700 sq. ft. clubhouse
-Resort-style swimming pool with a lazy river and spa
-Poolside café and restaurant
-Fitness center & business center
-Tennis and volleyball courts
-Kids’ playground & picnic area
A one-time $35 resort fee (plus tax) applies per stay. If you decide to enjoy the amenities, just let us know — we’ll reimburse the fee for you.
🚗 Parking & Access
The villa driveway fits 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated resort parking areas. Please follow all resort parking rules — they are strictly enforced.
📍 Location
Solterra Resort is just 11 miles from Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom, and approximately 29 miles from Orlando International Airport. You're minutes from I-4, with easy access to all of Orlando’s top attractions including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.
Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and a major shopping center for all your needs.
🧴 Good to Know
The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom
*-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.
🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).
Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.
We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
