Santosha Jamaica also offers the perfect setting for your special event. With prior approval from the owner, events are permitted at the villa, subject to a separate event fee. Our event policy includes:
- Event fees range from $750 to $2,500, depending on the number of guests
- Additional kitchen usage fee of $500 for caterers
- Event timing restrictions, with a 15% service charge applied to all event fees

A mandatory Security Damage Fee of USD $65 will be applied to all bookings, covering damages up to USD $3000 during your stay. Some properties may also require an additional refundable damage deposit, which will be held against your form of payment.
