Guests can access Casa de Campo Resort’s top facilities, with a maid and villa manager available for assistance. A resort fee applies for golf, tennis, and Minitas Beach access.
THE SPACE
This villa is a two-story, 5-bedroom home offering a peaceful and private stay. It’s fully equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in some rooms and the outdoor area for comfort. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a welcoming space that beautifully blends indoor comforts with outdoor beauty, featuring lush gardens and natural light.
The ground floor hosts the main living spaces, including a cozy living room, a TV room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a guest bathroom. The interior decor is a calming mix of soft and bright colors, accented with natural materials for a homey feel.
Doors from the living area open directly to a private garden with tall palm trees, a terrace with seating, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ spot. The outdoor space is ideal for basking in the sun on loungers by the pool, taking a refreshing swim, or relaxing in the hammock during lazy afternoons.
The Bedrooms:
The villa features five bedrooms split between two floors. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms: the first two each contain two Queen beds equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, storage space, a television, and a private bathroom with a shower.
The third upstairs bedroom serves as the master suite. It boasts a King bed, expansive ceilings, all standard amenities, plus a private bathroom with shower and access to a spacious balcony.
Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one with two Queen beds and the other with a King bed. Both include air conditioning, storage, a television, and bathrooms with show.

VILLA STAFF
While you’re here, a maid will keep the villa clean. A villa manager will also be ready to help you with anything you need, like setting up rides, planning outings, booking restaurants or spa visits, arranging golf, or getting tickets for events or clubs. They speak English and Spanish and will greet you when you arrive and help you during your visit.
CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE
Booking the villa doesn’t cover the required Casa de Campo Resort fee, payable upon arrival:
- Adults and kids over 12: $25 each per night
- Kids 4-12: $12 each per night
- Kids under 4: No charge
This fee grants entry to the resort’s offerings, such as Pete Dye golf courses, fitness and tennis facilities, and pools and beaches at Minitas Beach. It doesn’t include meals or drinks—those are extra. Some activities and areas might also have additional costs and could sometimes be unavailable for special events or maintenance. Note that La Romana Country Club is off-limits to guests.
