Beautifully remodeled home with a pool and jacuzzi, all new as of January 2022. This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds.
There's a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There's also a game room featuring a ping-pong table.
We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi.
This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.

Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to have been made under false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
