Our two-story home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: the cal-king master bedroom with an en-suite (jacuzzi bathtub and shower), and two additional bedrooms, one with a cal-king bed and the other with a full over full bunk bed, which share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The remaining two bedrooms, both featuring queen-sized beds and a full bathroom with a shower, are on the main floor. The main floor is equipped with a spacious living room, an open-concept family room, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Beautiful tile floors run throughout the home.
There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The home has a full-size washer, dryer, central air, and heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. The garage also has a full-size ping-pong table and a full-size pool table.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
