Villa Farallon is an oceanfront estate located in Casa de Campo, positioned atop a 50-foot cliff with unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. The property sits at the end of a private cul-de-sac, offering privacy while maintaining convenient access to resort amenities.
The villa features contemporary architecture with open-plan interiors, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light and ocean views. Interior spaces connect directly to expansive terraces along the oceanfront. Finishes include clean-lined design elements, dark wood accents, and curated contemporary artwork.
Accommodations include eight bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ocean views, and private balconies or terraces. Two ocean-facing primary suites are located within the main residence. In addition, the property includes three independent apartment-style suites, each with a private kitchenette and terrace, providing flexible accommodation for larger groups or staff.
Indoor amenities include two fully equipped kitchens, a formal dining room with bar and wine cooler, a media room with seating for up to 12 guests, a private gym, and an office.
Outdoor amenities include a large saltwater infinity pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, gazebo with living and dining areas, and multiple shaded lounge spaces. A covered outdoor dining area includes a barbecue and pizza oven. The villa is designed for both private stays and group gatherings, with direct oceanfront exposure throughout.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.
