The villa features an infinity pool with open views, water features at the entrance, and a clean, contemporary layout. It includes ten bedrooms, as well as a separate studio/family room, making it well suited for family stays, group travel, or corporate retreats.
Set on a two-acre lot, the property is surrounded by mature tropical landscaping and open green areas that can be used for outdoor activities or leisure. The villa offers multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and designated workspaces. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available for meals prepared by the in-house chef, who offers both local and international cuisine.
A dedicated villa manager and full staff are on site to oversee operations and guest services, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. El Cocotal combines space, functionality, and location within one of Casa de Campo’s established residential enclaves.

Nightly rates are subject to final confirmation at owner’s discretion and do not include the 18% service fee nor the Casa de Campo resort fee. The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
