• 3 Cars Max. Day or Night (NO street parking)
• Pet Policy: Dogs only - NO cats! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard NOT enclosed for pup - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate your dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your dog.
• Quiet Outside Hours 9:00PM - 9AM Sonoma County Ordinance - In an HOA
• NO Smoking/Vaping of Anything on Property

Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not arrive to the house without your check in instructions.
