Villa Casa de La Vista is a stylish, modern vacation home located directly on a lake in Cape Coral. From the moment you enter, the villa impresses with its open and spacious layout. The bright living area is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable sofa setup and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or in the dining area with direct views of the pool and lake.
A separate office with desk offers space for those who want to stay connected while on vacation. Active guests will appreciate the built-in treadmill – ideal for a quick workout.

The pool area is a true highlight. It features a shallow entry pool and an elevated spa, both electrically heated and enhanced by a calming water feature. Two additional bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed, the other with two twin beds – are stylishly and comfortably furnished. There is also a sofa bed in the office for extra guests. The pool bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
