Access
During your stay, you’ll have everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Guests have full access to the entire villa, including:
• Private swimming pool with two sun loungers and a seating area
• Bright living area with big-screen Smart TV and Netflix access
• Three bedrooms (2 queen-size beds and 1 bunk bed – double on the bottom, single on top)
• Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils
• Dining area for four, plus breakfast counter with two high stools
• Three bathrooms with shower and toilet, plus an additional toilet near the pool
• Rooftop terrace with outdoor furniture
• Air-conditioning throughout the villa – all bedrooms and the living room

Please note: For hygiene reasons, masks and snorkels are not provided.
☑︎ Check-in and check-out are fully self-service via a smart lock. On the day of arrival, we will send you your personal access code. Access to the gated residence is managed via a QR code, which will also be provided in advance.
House Rules
Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in advance with the property administration
1. If you have any questions or concerns upon arriving at the property, please feel free to reach out to me. I’ll be available online to assist you with anything you need during the check-in process.
2. It is prohibited to throw paper into the toilet. There is a particular trash bin nearby.
3. Air conditioners (ACs) should be used only with closed doors and windows. Using them with open doors and/or windows may cause overload, overheating, and failure.
4. Please let me know whenever you need help with any inconveniences or damages.
5. It is forbidden to make noise, have parties (without permission) and play loud music. From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am there is a quiet hour in the residence.
6. The villa can accommodate only the number of guests specified in the reservation. If more guests stay overnight than listed in the booking, a penalty of $50 per additional guest will apply.
7. If you want to order cleaning, please let us know 12 hours in advance. Cleaning is available for an additional fee.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are charged extra, depending on the time. Please let me know your arrival and departure hours in advance.
9. No extra overnight guests. Please stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
10. Storing or using any illegal substances or drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
11. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. Smoking weed and other drugs is strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the residence's territory. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
12. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond the guest's control.
13. Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you require a linen or towel change. An additional fee will apply.
14. The Host accepts no liability for any valuables or objects left unattended or left in the safe box for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or property damage caused by individual negligence or any other circumstances out of the direct control of the Host. The Host is not responsible for possible consequences of force major circumstances or any damage or death caused by such.
15. Please be aware that during international holidays (such as New Year, Semana Santa, Christmas, and other national celebrations), loud music may be played, sometimes extending late into the night or early morning hours. As long as it complies with local laws, we cannot prohibit it, and we thank you for your understanding.
16. You agree that any claim or dispute whatsoever that you may have against me, the Host, or any of my employees resulting from any event occurring in the Dominican Republic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
17. Any cancellations are made according to the reservation and cancellation policy. Please pay attention to the cancellation policy for this property. An anticipated check-out is not subject to refund (neither partial nor total).

The villa features three cozy bedrooms, a bright and spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, perfect for family or friends to gather and relax around the big-screen TV. The dining area and breakfast bar provide great spots for enjoying meals together or planning the day's adventures.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, while outside, the private swimming pool with two sun loungers and a comfortable seating area is ideal for enjoying sunny days. You can also unwind on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while watching the sunset over the residence.
The sleeping arrangements include:
• Master bedroom with a queen-size bed, TV, and spacious wardrobe
• Second bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe
• Third bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) and wardrobe – perfect for kids or small groups
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. There’s also an additional WC near the pool area, and a laundry room is available on the ground floor.
