Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.

Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center
