• Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests total, day or night.- No large gatherings and absolutely no parties. This home is located in a private community with an HOA and onsite security. No Drop-in Guests.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars in the driveway - No on-street parking. Pull closely to garage.
One Guest Parking Pass is provided for convenient beach access only. (Please see in-home instructions for proper use.) It may not be used for general street parking.
• Dogs: Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed. $120 fee per dog. For the safety of both your pup and the home, please crate your dogs when unattended. Please clean-up after your pup.
• Outdoor smoking is permitted only on paved surfaces. No smoking of anything inside the home.
• Water Conservation: Dillon Beach has limited water resources. Please use water thoughtfully during your stay.
