The standard rate serves as the base rate and may not reflect the price for your specific travel dates. Please reach out to us for precise pricing tailored to your dates. Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. Villa information, descriptions, rates, features, amenities, included staff, and images are subject to change.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

Access to golf courses, including advance reservations at special rates
Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
Free use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach
Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities
Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center
