Casa Sam is a six-bedroom villa located within Casa de Campo, designed in a contemporary tropical architectural style with a strong focus on indoor–outdoor living.
The villa features modern architecture with open-plan living spaces that connect directly to the outdoor areas. Interior décor is contemporary and refined, with finishes and furnishings selected for comfort, durability, and visual consistency. Integrated smart-home technology and controlled lighting systems support flexible use throughout the day and evening. The villa includes six bedrooms, all designed to provide privacy and comfort for guests.
Outdoor amenities center around an 18-meter swimming pool with built-in umbrellas and an integrated Jacuzzi with seating for up to 12 guests. The surrounding outdoor areas are designed for lounging, group use, and extended daytime enjoyment.
Indoor amenities include two fully equipped kitchens designed for entertaining and group dining, as well as a built-in pizza oven. Additional features include a surround-sound system and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Nightly rates are calculated based on double occupancy per bedroom. It's important to note that the security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.
