On the upper level of this beach-style home is the main living space featuring a seating area with two sofas, a chair, and vibrant beach decor. The newly updated kitchen has a ravishing backsplash, granite countertops, essential appliances, and cookware for preparing delicious meals. Converse with guests over a nice meal at the dining room table and open the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony to let in the Gulf breeze or delight in a freshly grilled dinner at the tiki hut table in the backyard.

Off the kitchen is the primary bedroom boasting relaxation with a plush bed, dresser, balcony access, and a TV. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a twin over twin bunk bed, a tv, and balcony access. The main bathroom has a vanity, storage space for vacation essentials and a shower and tub combination. You will also find a utility room with an extra fridge and a washer and dryer available for guest use.
