The Blue Marlin is a welcoming four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home. The main living floor offers guests a comfortable and airy atmosphere where guests can grab a seat on the couch and unwind while catching up on their favorite tv show. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cabinet space for all your necessities to enjoy a great meal, broad countertops, and an island bar with seating for up to six guests. The dining room table has space for all your guests to enjoy a tasty meal or connect over a board game. The main living space opens to the deck, where you can enjoy a tropical drink and the island breeze as you lounge outdoors.
The primary bedroom provides an upscale spa-like atmosphere with a private balcony, double vanity, closet for storing your vacation attire, large walk-in shower, and stand-alone soaking bathtub. The second bedroom is accessed from the main level deck and has beautiful coastal hues, a wet bar with a wine/beer cooler, and an ensuite bathroom with an inviting walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor, both with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers.
Kick back and relax in your private backyard paradise, where you can lay out in the sun, swim in your heated pool, and loosen-up sore muscles in the spa. Those looking for more engaging activities can play a round of golf on the private greenery or retreat under the covered patio for a game of pool. The patio is equipped with a BBQ grill to cook up some delicious island meals, an outdoor table for eight guests, and an island bar for sipping drinks and watching tv. Explore the 7-mile island using the free island trolley and stop by the local boutiques and restaurants on Pine Avenue.
