Whether you want to walk, ride a golf cart, or take a quick 2 to 3 minute drive to the shoreline, this home offers unbeatable convenience with a true beach-town vibe.
Start your mornings with coffee on the private rooftop balcony while taking in incredible ocean views. End your evenings watching the sky melt into sunset over the Gulf. Inside, you will find stylish décor, a spacious layout, and all the comforts of home, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups looking for a relaxed yet upscale getaway.
Guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a sparkling pool and hot tub, a pickleball court, and convenient elevator access within the townhome. After a day of sun and sand, come home to cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, play games around the table, or unwind with a drink on the rooftop deck as the Gulf breeze rolls in.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
A copy of your driver's license is also required to receive check-in instructions.
Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A three-night minimum stay is required from March through September. A two-night minimum stay is required from October through February.
Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Starter items are intended for 1 night only and we will not resupply the home.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we cannot guarantee that you will not hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects during your stay.
Cable and WiFi are provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. No refunds are provided for outages of cable or WiFi or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
Please remember you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated monthly by a professional pest control service.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
