Salty Sunshine Getaway features beautiful airy décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one King size bedroom and one Queen bedroom as well as two bedrooms featuring each two oversized twin beds.
This new home offers a split floor plan with three of the four bedrooms being on the right side of the home sharing two bathrooms and the main king bedroom taking the left wing of the home, split in the middle by the living space, kitchen, and dining.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and high-top table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious waterfall island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.

The lounge area invites you to relax, read or just have a good conversation while maybe watching the game on the outdoor TV while enjoying the gas fire pit.
