The fully equipped chef's kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not out enjoying Orange Beach's incredible seafood dining.
The first floor features a spacious open-concept living area that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen spaces—perfect for gathering and unwinding together. This level also includes a primary ensuite bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom for added convenience. Step outside onto the large covered porch, an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or planning the day's adventures.
Upstairs, both guest bedrooms offer private en-suite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for everyone. A bonus room adds extra space to relax or entertain. Additional amenities include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for a truly comfortable stay.
Public beach access at Romar Beach is less than a mile away, making those beach days effortless. Seaside Sanctuary is also within walking distance of favorites like Live Bait, Beachside Mini Golf, The Ruby Slipper Café, and Doc's Seafood.
Your stay is elevated by Summer Salt's resort-style amenities, including a zero-entry pool, putting green, and fire pit—everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Please note that Summer Salt Pool is closed seasonally November 1st - March 1st yearly.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
