A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, and conveniences like flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure a comfortable stay.

Phoenix X sits right next door to the famous Flora-Bama, known for daily live music, cold drinks, fun events, and its iconic beachfront atmosphere. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
